I am unable to use the # key to confirm my identity on a phone call
I was asked to use the hash key to confirm my identity on a phone call & it wouldn’t work!
Why? What can I do to fix it?

I would see this as a app issue/website issue/call interface issue that needs to be sorted by the institution.
