The ONLY way to remove Activation Lock is to enter the CORRECT Apple ID and Apple ID Password. Don't you know them and if not why? Did you buy a used iPhone from someone which came Activation Locked? If you did, unless you can get the owner who locked the phone to remove the phone from their account, you are the owner of a useless iPhone, you can never use. Apple won't help you and no one here can help you.

You don’t. Activation Lock is a theft deterrent feature that cannot be worked around. I will assume you obtained this iPhone 6 from an individual or online marketplace like eBay or Facebook Marketplace and that the phone you bought was not properly configured for resale or gifting. Without the cooperation of the original owner of the phone you will never be able to use that iPhone 6.

Details seem to be lacking. If this is your phone purchased from Apple or Authorized Apple Seller, then all you would need to do is provide the original purchase receipt to remove the Activation Lock.

If you did purchase it used and the seller is no longer available, it is likely you have been scammed. This is a common occurrence with a device that is stolen and the seller finds someone willing to buy it. It can never be used and the seller ghosts you.
