Ok so one day I went to Find My and then seen a IPhone on the list! I freaked out so I tryed to remove it from my list but I could not I needed a password. I tried to figure it out but I could not! Someday I think it will be gone but for now I do not know what to do! Please tell me what to do!

If removing devices erroneously associated with your Apple ID via https://appleid.apple.com is not working for you, contact Apple Support.
Give the problems you’ve reported elsewhere with missing photos and such, I would again encourage re-securing your Apple ID:
