Apple.com/bill appears on your billing statement when you buy something from Apple.

To see what you were charged for, go to reportaproblem.apple.com to view all your charges. If you want to dispute the charge and request a refund, you can select I’d like a refund. Wait 24-48 hours for an update on your refund request.

If you are being charged monthly, you can cancel the subscription here ⇢

There is an old scam running. It is not Apple doing it and Apple cant fix it.

Start with this article that Zachyy has already linked: If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support

The most important part of that article is "View your purchase history." If Apple does NOT show a record of the charges in your history, it is very possible that scammers have gained access to your credit card or bank number and are pretending to be Apple. It happened to us.

If that is the case, only your CARD ISSUER or BANK can remedy it. Apple will have no records of a criminal's activity.

If Apple’s purchase history shows the purchase, continue with the instructions in that article.

⚠️ Important note for reviewing your Apple purchase history: If you are using Family Sharing, make sure you set the "Apple ID" box to the "All" option to get a complete history of purchases Apple shows as made from your account:

Some financial news articles detailing this decade-old scam:

When we were similarly victimized, our card issuer had the charges identified as fraud, forgave the debt, and issued Mds AJ a new card number, all within 24 hours.
