I am unable to download Roblox on my iPhone

I can’t seem to download Roblox or any fam on my iPhone , and it doesn’t tell me if my storage is full or not. I’ve deleted apps, photos and etc.

What message to you get when you try?
Are you part of a Family Plan?
Do you have Screen Time Restrictions?
Phone should be using the current iOS 17
