How to recover lost text message drafts on my Messages?
I had typed out a lengthy text and was going to send it when somehow the app closed. Is there any way to recover this drafted iMessage text?

No. Text messages being composed are not preserved. For long messages compose them in Notes or Pages, then copy and paste them into Messages.
