Itune crashes when selecting iphone device after connected to itune (Windows 10)

This has been a problem for a while. After successfully connected my iPhone 12 to computer and iTune, the app crashes and exits after I clicked on the device in iTune. When I clicked on iTune's device icon, it opens up the screen displaying the normal summary contents on the iphone device, but then goes "Pooof" and itune crashed and exited with no warning or anything. Tried lots of stuff..

  • reboot phone, pc
  • reinstall itune.
  • tried different usb port, use new APPLE made usb cable.

Boy! Apple is no HELP!!! and started to think it is intentional neglect of support for windows itune. Now, I am more convinced it is!!! Please, where is apple support!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Windows, Windows 10
