What to do when Apple Pay shows "Sent" but I don’t receive money?

my wife sent me $60 it said sent her side but I never received anything she tried again the next day $60 and it says sent her side but still didn’t receive anything nor the message at all I am verified on my Apple Pay and it’s come out of her account why is this
