I have a hacker using an iPhone just like mine a Mac and iPad and something else to hack every device I get how is this possible and how do I get rid of him or them because they literally can do whatever they want And no one believes me no one can stop them. They have fake Support app on my phone as we speak. It’s like it never connect me to the FBI please

For what you are reporting, how did the reportedly-fake Apple Support app get downloaded onto the iPhone?

And what evidence indicates the app is fake, and have you collected and confirmed the related digital signatures? (That verification will require you to use a Mac with at least the command-line developer tools installed, and very likely also a third-party tool such as iMazing or FoneLab.)

But if the forensics effort here shows the standard Apple Support (version 5.1.1 or whatever) app installed, you’ll have rather less evidence.

See code see I was trying to send a couple of screenshots to prove myself but no, he has stopped me from being able to pictures of his code from my phone on here or the app has one either way I’m telling you I need someone to help me

You are either an immensely valuable target for a exceedingly wealthy adversary, or there’s something else going on here entirely.

In either case, the resulting situation is not going to get resolved around here.

In either case too, consider switching to a feature phone.

I have done all of the above just to find out that the whole Apple support app was fake. Every time I would call. I was talking to the hackers themselves by giving them information into more takeovers. It doesn’t stop. I wish someone could just meet up with me and get this information and all of the facts that I have saved to prove that this is happening so someone could look into it and fix it but I have had no luck. No one contact me back because they are intercepted by so-called hackers.

You are not alone! I am experiencing the same exact issue. Each time I try to contact Apple support I get some fake AI until they can reach a hacker on the line. This is real. No matter if I am calling my bank, Door Dash, Apple Support or other, it always starts with the same AI voice. I can’t trust anything on my Apple anymore. I am sure the files are embedded on my device and no matter what I do, the same interception occurs.

Demonstrate that undoubtedly easily-reproducible cellular network misbehavior to a witness, as a starting point.
