Why Am I getting "Private Relay Unavailable" notifications on my iPhone?

Had two notifications:

“Apple Relay Unavailable.

Private Relay will automatically turn back on when it is available.” The first at 7:41, second at 08:41.

Have never had this message before on iPhone 11 (2020).

Could it be because or recent update two days ago?

What needs to be done?

Would appreciate your advice.

did you try turning off —Do Not Disturb is on. This setting silences calls, alerts, and notifications until you turn it off.

You have elected to turn on iCloud Private Relay. That was done at Settings > [your Apple ID] > iCloud > Private Relay.
