OneDrive in Safari - Cannot open any microsoft files (XLSX, DOCX) on MacBook Pro

I am using OneDrive for personal purposes and I am subscribed to an Office365 Family Plan. I use it in a browser (Safari, Brave, Chrome) on my MacBook or by using the office Apps from Microsoft on my iPhone. Recently I cannot open any microsoft formats (XSLX, DOCX etc) in the browser (and I tried 3 different ones), aways with the same error: 404 file not found. If I open the same fie from the APP on my phone or iPad, it works without a problem.

Yes, I have cleared cash, web sites, I reinstalled even the whole OS once, I used freshly installed browsers... everything with the same result. All the files are there and accessible from a Windows machine, or the iPhone APP. Any other file types can be opened: PDF, JPG, PNG.

I've also searched the internet but without much success, as this exact issue was nowhere described or I could not find it.

At first it stopped working in Safari so I switched to Brave. Now it stopped working there as well and I've installed also Chrome with the same result.

Looking forward to any help. I've posted this question also on the OneDrive forum, but to me it sounds more lie the issue is in MacOS :-)

I am using MacBook Pro 2017 with Ventura 13.6.9
