I have my watch set for theater mode and also an alarm that awakens me at 7:30. The problem is that if someone sends me a text message during the night, the watch vibrates and awakens me. How do I stop this from happening? My watch is iphone 15.

Do you have a sleep focus on your iPhone activated, and there are exceptions set up for people that can send you notifications during the time of the sleep schedule?
Problem solved by using theater mode AND turning on Silent Mode!
You will still receive haptic notifications in Theatre Mode. That's expected behavior.
