Library keeps getting damaged

So, last year my iTunes library on my Windows 7 PC suddenly gives me a message saying my library is damaged and a new one has been created. I proceed to rebuild my library by re-importing all the files and life moves on. Then, two months ago, the same thing happens. Since I mostly listen to podcasts, I just imported the podcast files because I was planning on getting a new computer.

About a month ago I purchased a new Windows 10 PC and began the process again of re-building my iTunes library from scratch. A few days after I began, I get the same damaged library message and had to start over ... again. I was just about finished importing all my podcasts, movies, tv shows and music when, AGAIN, I get this message and a new library was created. Two weeks of work - GONE! Why does this keep happening??? I am tired of have having to start all over.

I have an HP M01-F300 2023 Desktop with a 6-Core AMD Ryzen 5-5600G, AMD Radeon Graphics GB, 64GB DDR4 and 4TB SSD. My iTunes files are stored on a Western Digital 8TB WD Blue PC Internal Hard Drive. I am using iTunes version 12.13.2.3
