How to restart iPhone 15? My screen is frozen

My regular screen comes on when I turn my phone on; but when I try to go to an app, a "frozen" partial yahoo mail advertisement appears on the upper half of my screen & I cannot access anything! Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
