How can I remove Activation Lock from my iPhone?

I broke my phone and the “Smart master” company doesn’t want to fix it because my iPhone 13 is still connected to “Find my” and I don’t have access how to turn it if I tired to log in to my iCloud on 2 different phones to turn of “find my” but it doesn’t show the “ iPhone 13” I even tried to log in on “Smart master “ computer but it doesn’t show it as well I have the document of the phone here:

and I really hope you can help me get the “ active lock l of my phone here’s my phones and here’s.my email(fi*******a@gmail.com) if you need more information I can send it to you but please help me take the activity lock of

If you have forgotten your Apple ID and/or Apple ID Password......you will have to initiate an Activation Lock Support Request

We cannot take Activation Lock off for you. You must supply the Apple ID and Apple ID password with which the phone is locked. If you forgot your Apple ID password, you may be able to reset it.

As a last-ditch measure, if you are the original buyer of the phone, and you have proof of purchase from Apple or an Apple Authorized Reseller showing the phone's serial number, you could start an Activation Lock support request. Because Activation Lock is an anti-theft feature, Apple will not help to remove it unless you can show them proof of ownership that is convincing to them.
