Sidecar and Universal Control are not supported in the Serbia region

Recently, I decided to add a credit card as a payment method to activate my Apple Music subscription. As a result, I had to change the region from the United States to Serbia, where the credit card was issued. However, I then realized that neither Universal Control nor Sidecar was functioning. When I switched back to the United States, everything started working again.

Even if these features are limited in some countries, I can’t understand why Apple would make such a decision, as it dramatically reduces potential subscription income by restricting users in this way.
