Drobo Dashboard Work with Monterey 12.7.6
Getting failure message although iMac is connected with ethernet cable.
iMac 21.5″, macOS 12.7
Does the error message have any details other than "failure"? And what version of Dashboard to you have? You may be out of luck since Drobo has gone bankrupt so no support is available, but perhaps with more details someone can offer a suggestion. But it's time to start planning to replace that unit.
