Airpods Volume too low on Google Meet

I've found many questions asking the following:

Using my Airpods Pro 2 to take Zoom/Teams/Google Meet calls on my PC running Windows 10 or 11. Despite keeping the volume to 100%, I can barely hear what the others are saying only in a Meet call. When I'm playing audio via Spotify windows app, or Youtube via browser, 20% volume is sufficient to provide that clarity. This is only in Google Meet, the mic output seems fine.

Had already tried factory resetting the Airpods, unpairing & repairing them, checked the Sound settings in Windows to ensure Zoom volume is 100%, also disabled all sound effects in Sound settings.

FOUND THE SOLUTION!

Clear the chache in Google Chrome or browser you're using and it finally worked for me after trying every other thing under the sun I found on discussion boards and other user guides.
