My apple watch charger wont stick to my watch properly, it wont stick to my watch in the middle, it just moved out of that circle it supposed to stick. What could be the reason, i just cant charge my apple watch like this.

Have you had an MRI recently? Or been around any very strong magnetic fields (like the kind strong enough to lift a car)? That can demagnetize the Apple Watch.
