The mouse cursor freezes while using some app

Hello, I am addressing a problem related to using AssistiveTouch on my iPad while using some applications. Due to my health problems, I can only use the tablet through a special head mouse, where there is only one mouse button, and to use my device more fully, I use the AssistiveTouch function, which allows me to make various gestures, in general, using one mouse cursor as one virtual finger. With this function, he replaces my two not-quite-working hands. I have a problem with the mouse cursor hovering in some applications, mostly I noticed it in games, it happens while logging into these very applications and is not solved in any way. I suppose this is due to the fact that games support keyboard and mouse control, and my iPad sees the device as a mouse even with the AssistiveTouch feature enabled.
