How to delete Tab Groups in Safari?

You should start another post with your actual problem, not a symptom.

Your Contextual menus don't appear when you control-click an item. If you phrase your question referencing that problem, you might find someone who has had the same problem.

You should be able to ctrl-click on the tab group and select Delete or access that from the action menu to the right of the group name--(…) button.

Or, perhaps we don't understand what you want to delete. You just posted a cropped image that appears to be the tab group sidebar. Maybe it is something else I have never seen. If your "this" doesn't refer to one of the tab groups, please explain further. The headers cannot be deleted, just the individual tab groups.

Seems to work for me.

Can you explain in some more detail "does not work?"

For instance,

Does the contextual menu appear?

Does it have a Delete command?

Is the Delete command enabled?

If you select the Delete command, what do you see happen? Errors, dialog box, etc.

I don’t know why you don’t see it. I see it all below all the rest of the posts here, but I’m not sure what is wrong with your Mac. You could run Etracheck and post the report here. Maybe we’ll see something that is interfering with the normal operation of your Mac.

Go to the top of the page, just under your original post. Under the dividing line, to the right, you'll see "Sort by" and a drop-down menu. I recommend you sort the thread by "Oldest." This will give you a clearer chronological view of the discussion.
