Why is Apple Music app volume low?

something happened this morning. first I could not get any sound to come out of my music app (music there ALL ripped and downloaded) the other apps had sound, i checked Youtube and Spotify,etc … all working. except Music app. the only thing i knew to do is restart the computer. Now the sound is on but seems to play at a low volume. I compared Spotify with Music app, volume to maximum and Spotify is definitely louder.

Can anyone explain why?? if i want any music app to be louder, i’d rather have Apple Music app louder. Is there anyway to fix this?
