icloud photos have different prefix and different folder paths from default iphone 6

Hello, everyone I have a question regarding the different folders from icloud that are put on windows 10. There is one file tittled "2947e93a-b3a5-4efe-bc19-dc81defa3f31.JPG" which I assume is from whatsapp is backed up in different folders and have a prefix. How does that happen and why ? The whatsapp picture is from a iphone 6.

As you can see from this picture, that there is:

the 1st file in the screenshot, is a different size, while the rest are the same size. Where does the "Karim’s iPhone iPhone 6\Photo Library\WhatsApp" folder come from ? is it default made by icloud and when was this ? also, why is there a different prefix ?
