How to uninstall unwanted Applications on my iMac?

I have done everything I know how to do to eliminate some of the applications I no longer want. How do you do it?

If the apps are ones that can be deleted, click here ➜ Uninstall apps on your Mac - Apple Support

You can't use the Finder to delete apps that are required by your Mac.

This includes many apps that are installed by macOS, such as Mail,

Music, Books, Notes, Podcasts, Maps, News, and Stocks.

+1 and the apps that can be uninstalled, for the most part simply putting them in the Trash and emptying the Trash takes care of it. Sometimes bits are left over however that normally has no effects on how the computer runs assuming everything else is okay.

Also, it helps on forums to be more specific when asking a question. For example, if you had listed the apps you want uninstalled we could have provided much more information for you.
