Why is Sling TV not appearing in the App Store?

A few clarifications.

1. Sling TV will not appear on a Mac as it only made for iPhones, iPads and Apple TV and the Sling developers have not allowed it to be used on Mac.
2. Macs do not run iOS, they run macOS. macOS 12 Monterey has nothing to do with the Sling TV app iOS version requirements.
3. It should Appear for your Apple TV in the Apple TV's own App Store app the Apple ID logged in to the Apple TV box is set to the US.

4. It will not appear if your Apple ID set to another country as its not available outside the US.

Sling requires that you use a device that has iOS 15.1 or later. It is not appearing in the App Store for you because it cannot be dowloaded on a device using iOS 12. A little confused since iOS is for iPhones and you are saying it is a Mac. If using Apple TV, sling requires the TVOS to be 15.1 or later as well.

As I said, it won't appear on a Mac's Apple Store app at all. Regardless of what region you have it set to or VPN you are using.

If by W11, you mean Windows 11, then it won't appear there either, as there is no Sling app for Windows.
