Screen savers not working on my Mac Studio post latest macOS Sonoma update

Using Mac OS Sonoma 14.6.1.

Since last upgrade, screen saver no longer works - my screen does not go to screen saver and neither does it dim. Have checked the Activity Monitor and don't have any app that is preventing it from sleeping. Have shut down and restarted. Nothing seems to work. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Since my last post, I came across a post (thank you, alvin alexander) that showed me how to find the processes that are preventing my screensaver from kicking in.

https://alvinalexander.com/macos/mac-screensaver-wont-start-solution/

Basically, on Finder, click on 'Applications', then 'Utilities', then open the Activity Monitor - right click 'Process Names' header, which will open a sub-menu - then click 'Preventing Sleep' which appears at the bottom of the menu]. This will open a new column 'Preventing Sleep', with either a Yes/No against each listed process.

I have found the following 5 processes with a YES. Can somebody please advise if - or how - I can safely quit each process without adversely affecting their function(s) on my computer?

Look forward to your advice. Thanks.
