After I do Power Off, iPad restarts.

Several times I’ve tried to do a “Power Off”, but then reboots.

Why is this happening and how can I fix the problem? Thanks everyone.

By design, an iPad will automatically restart when it is connected to its Power Adapter or compatible USB power source.

After power is connected, if you wish to do so, you should be able to shut-down the iPad - after which it will remain shut-down unless the power supply is interrupted or reconnected.

Be aware that shutting-down your iPad while charging is often counter productive - as your iPad will carry out regular housekeeping and other background tasks (such as backing-up to iCloud) while the iPad is charging.
