How do I take out Apple insurance on an iphone 15 if the 60 day period was missed?

I was bought my new iphone 15 in May but have just missed out on the 60 day grace period for setting up the insurance. How can I get my phone insured please?

You don't. You had to add it within 60 days of purchasing the phone.
