White dot on screen disappeared

I can’t find d the little white do with the shortcuts. It disappeared.

Perhaps you refer to Assistive Touch? This feature is enabled from settings:

Settings > Accessibility > [Physical & Motor] Touch > Assistive Touch > Assistive Touch - set to ON
