Desktop I-tunes continual pop-up

I have logged into the i-cloud app on my desktop, but it continues to pop-up asking me to do it again. I close it-- few minutes later it pops up again. I have "ended task" in my Task Manager and it still comes back up after a bit. It won't go away no matter what I do. :P It's not a wrong password - same as what I use on every device of course. Just keeps telling me to "continue signing in to icloud". Have also done the verification code with it several times too.
