M2 U MacStudio TB to dual Samsung S9 Viewfinity not working

I am having problems connecting a second Samsung S9 Viewfinity to a M2 Ultra Mac Studio. This configuration was successful for about 2 months until early July 2024. I am connecting each monitor with an apple TB4 cable directly to the MacStudio. The connections are currently on the back TB ports and I have tried, combinations of cables, and ports (front and back). This is my 3rd Samsung monitor as the second monitor. Samsung has replaced the 2nd monitor, twice.

When I first connected the second monitor it is recognized and works well. It is visible on system settings, system information and in the devices. At the end of the day I turned off both monitors. This morning I turned on both. Only the first monitor is recognized. The second monitor does not show up in system settings or system information. Rebooting and restarting, plugging and unplugged second monitor does not change this.

I am at a loss here. Please help.
