You may be referring to your Apple ID being compromised. If so, you should gain control of your Apple ID and secure it immediately.

As muguy stated, the only way your iPhone could be compromised if its no longer in your hands.

Are you saying that someone now has your device in their hand? Your device is otherwise not compromised.
