I am getting frequent messages that my accounts have been hacked

I am getting messages that my gmail account has been hacked, my iCloud account is has been hacked, and a trojan has been detected.I am getting these messages on my MacBook Air laptop. The link leads me to an antivirus software called TotalAV. I purchased the software and it says it is running a virus scan but I still keep getting these messages.

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 14.1

Go to Safari > Settings > Websites > Notifications, and remove all websites you see there. You have allowed a website to send you notifications and those are the scams they decided to send you.

You fell for the scam by purchasing the Total AV software. It will now be necessary to use any provided uninstaller and remove this piece of junk. Check in the Total AV app or folder for the uninstaller.
