Apple store Your payment authorization failed on card

Apple store when checking out: Your payment authorization failed on card. Please verify your information and try again, or try another payment method.

Cannot check out tried different cards, apple pay, split payments and even called apple they said your bank is not authorizing even though bank side is fine and I placed an order before and it was placed but then cancelled by apple after 3 days. Don't know how this company is running with such poor support and their own support teams doesn't seem to know what's the problem.

I have seen many reported this problem but no solution as I have called Apple multiple times and there solution is to shop from store.

Just pathetic customer support. If anyone here can help it would be great
