face time call mac os x - iPhone fail

I have a MacBookPro M1 Max 64 GB with Sonoma 14.6.1 and an iPhone 11 with iOS 17.6.1. Face Time calls from Mac to iPhone have always worked but now they do not work both in reception and in calls giving an error: unexpected termination of avconferenced.

I am connected to the same wireless I exited and entered from AppleId from both devices, I restarted etc. etc. No results.

I attach a report of the problem.
