Apple Mail "This Message Has No Content" Issue Resolution

I saw postings about content missing from some emails in Apple Mail. You likely see a note in the email column "This Message Has No Content". Some suggest turning off hiding your IP address in Network settings, that did not work for me. Someone suggested dragging emails to the desktop and opening them from there, no my first choice. Another user resolved it by going into the library and deleting caches and preferences.

My solution: I simply selected the inbox containing the emails saying "This Message Has No Content". (or All Inboxes) and selected "Rebuild" from the bottom of Apple Mail's "Mailbox" menu. It may take a few minutes based on how many emails you have however content appeared immediately when emails started repopulating the list.
