How do I reset WiFi settings on my iPhone 7

Router is fine and other devices get Wi-Fi fine but my iPhone 7 doesn’t connect to Wi-Fi even though the router is ticked and looks like it is connected.

If Lawrence's suggestions don't help, you can also try resetting the Network Settings on your iPhone:

If your iPhone or iPad won't connect to a Wi-Fi network - Apple Support

Two things to try:

Restart your router by unplugging (many newer routers have no way to turn them completely off)
If you use VPN go to Settings/General/VPN & Device Management/VPN and delete the VPN profile.

If deleting VPN works you can try reinstalling it, but see→VPN: What you need to know - Apple Community
