Deleted photos permanently from icloud by mistake

My little brother deleted all my photos stored on icloud as he thought they were taking a space on the device, and then he also deleted them from the recently deleted tab, now all my photos are gone and they are really important to me, is there a way to get them back? Like wouldn't they stay on the servers for more time before they are permanently deleted?

I've been trying to chat with apple support as I'm from iraq and there's no support number to call, but the website is so bad and misleading, it's like being in a loop without getting any helpful information on how to chat to support ( a real person), if someone can guide or help, it would be much appreciated.

Unfortunately, i don't have backups anywhere 😕

But i saw on reddit that if i managed to talk to a supervisor, they can get them back

This is the text of the post:

If you've ever made the mistake of deleting your media files from icloud, then subsequently deleting again from the recently deleted folder, you can most likely recover them if it's within 30 days. They aren't "permanently deleted",

All you have to do is call Apple Support and ask to speak to a Senior Advisor (if you talk to a lower level person, they'll probably tell you you're out of luck). The advisor will refresh your media back to the recently deleted folder. From there, you can easily recover them. Just a little known secret."

But i didn't get to talk to them 😔

There is no support that will be able to recover your photos after they have been deleted from the Recently Deleted folder. They are not saved on any servers and it would be a privacy failure if they were. The Recently Deleted folder is the last chance to recover the photos in case you change your mind. When deleting from the Recently Deleted folder, it specifically tells you that continuing with that action will result in your photos being Permanently deleted. That is exactly what it does.

No. You can only recover the photos from the backups that you keep elsewhere.

Don't forget that this is from an anonymous source on reddit. You will also find people that claim you can use a Data Recovery service to get your files back. That is not true either.
