Download iCloud notes to local Windows 10 PC

Hello,

I'd like to know if there is a way to download my iCloud notes to my local Windows 10 computer. I've tried using Pages on my iPhone, converting them to a Word doc but the notes are too large and they won't preview to open and then be able to save them to something like Google drive.

Is there anyone that has been successful in getting their notes out of iCloud onto a PC? I don't have a Mac to use. Is there a 3rd party app?
