Change Passcode pops up

Ever since i updated ios 17.6.1 a passcode expired always pops up. And whenever I change it, it still pops back!!!! It is so frustrating ang annoying!!!!

How do I fix the 'Passcode Expired' notification that keeps appearing on my iPhone? When I opened my iPhone screen, I keep receiving a notification that my passcode has expired. It won't let me go past and it wants me to type in my current password, then it doesn't accept it. I went online to change my password and it took the new password; however, this notification continues to come up and lock my screen. How can I correct this? iPhone freezes due to expired passcode notification I get a notice on my private iphone that my passcode has expired an I have to enter my old passcode. It freezes my cell phone and does not allow me to do anything else with my phone.

This usually happens when you have an email account from the company you work for, Apple will never ask you to change your passcode.

If this is the case, contact your company's IT dept. for help.
