Is it possible to remove Do Not Disturb from control panel?

My elderly father in law keeps accidentally turning on Do Not Disturb when he uses Control Panel to do something else. The way he holds his phone puts his thumb dangerously close to this button so it does sometimes get activated. There is currently no way to remove it from Control Panel, but is there anything else you can do to stop it happening?

iPhone 12 Pro, iOS 17

I posted this question because even though it has been asked before (or similar questions) I think I found a solution but the previous threads were closed.

Use the shortcut app to create an automation that is triggered whenever Do Not Disturb is turned on, that immediately turns Do Not Disturb off.

Helpful to anyone?

I realise it’s no good for anyone who intentionally uses the feature.
