Green screen issue on my iPhone 13 after the latest iOS update

My iPhone 13 had green screen issue after update the latest version of ios and my phone isn’t under warranty.. I visited my nearest apple authorised service centre but they said I have to change my screen and it’s cost 27000 rupees sooo please say right now what should I do and its not even my fault so why I pay 27000 rupees

I call apple support but I didn’t get any satisfying answer from them so please apple solve my problem thanks in advance
