Outlook on my iPad is constantly asking me to sign into my emails?

I have been trying to sort this problem out with Microsoft but they’ve done nothing to help. I have 2 different accounts. My personal one and my business one on my iPad in my outlook app. Yet all **** day it keeps asking me to sign into one of the other email and verify my mobile number. They are both on my iPad and I only have the one mobile. This has been going on for a few months now and I’m sick of it.

it asks me to sign into either one of my emails through the web. I do this then it accepts that I Still own the mobile number then my other account asks me to sign in and verify my mobile!

It’s wearing very thin and **** Microsoft are impossible to contact. Does anyone have any suggestions please as it’s driving me crazy!

Have you considered accessing your Microsoft email accounts using the iPad's native Mail App?

  • Add Mail Account:

Settings > Mail > Add Account

Be aware that many third-party email providers, such as Microsoft, now require the use of App Specific Passwords when accessing mail over IMAP or POP3. If this applies to your email account(s), you will need to generate a unique password for your iPad email account - that will differ from your normal Microsoft Account Passwords.
