Bluetooth on my iPhone 15 won’t work. Works on my old phone, headphones work but just the phone won’t find any devices at all.

have turned off the phone, restarted it, turned on and off Bluetooth on phone and headphones. Still nothing? Help!

first time you connect a headset to a new device you need to

make sure it's not connected to the old phone if you temp disable bluetooth on the old phone you're sure this is the case
put the headset into pairing / discovery mode this is always required first time or the device will not show up, how one goes about putting the headset into pairing mode should be in the documentation or web site of the manufacture
