How can I access function keys in magic keyboard

While the most recent Magic Keyboard for iPad Pro does feature physical function keys (Fn) in its top row of keys, many of Apple's keyboards lack these keys.

For the most part, Fn are legacy keys used with other computer systems - and are rarely if ever required to control iOS/iPadOS devices or Apps.

What, specifically, are you attempting to achieve?
