When I select to by final cut pro from the app store i get the following message.
Final Cut Pro can’t be installed on “Macintosh HD” because macOS version 13.5 or later is required." but i have Mac OS Monterey 12.7.6. Although this is the up to date OS offered to install, is it because, although i purchased my mini in 2016 the model is 10 years old. thanks

You can download an older version of FCP if you have already purchased the application. If you know someone who has a newer system you could use theirs to buy the application making sure you log into the App Store using your Apple ID. Once you have bought it there you can then download it on your mini from the App Store purchased page of previously purchased applications.
