I have a 45mm Series 9 Apple Watch and after a few days of use it started charging to 80%. Then a little more than a week ago, it went back to charging to 100% every night and I can't think of a reason why my usage pattern would have changed. Is there any way to get it to go back to optimized charging so my battery life would not be decreased?

Make sure that Optimized Charge Limit is on.
To turn on Optimized Charge Limit on Apple Watch Series 9 or Apple Watch Ultra and later:
M1 Mac mini, macOS 14.6.1; Watch, series 7 GPS/cellular, watchOS 10.6; iPhone 12 Pro, iOS 17.6.1; TV 4th Gen, tvOS 17.6; HomePods, audioOS 17.6 and Airport Express w/ Airplay 2

Optimized charge limit was already turned on. When I checked, I turned it off and then back on but that didn't help.
