Error Message - Cloud Music Library can’t be updated because Apple Music doesn’t recognize your music library.

I have had an iTunes Library for probably 15 years. I have had a subscription to iTunes Match since it became available. I have not changed my e-mail or Apple ID, but recently changed my Apple ID password, which is working fine. I have realized that a lot of my songs are gone from playlists and are in "Waiting" Status. When I tried to update my cloud music library, I received the above error message. I tried the SUPPORT solution to turning Sync off & back on in the Settings menu, that doesn't work. I verified that all my devices have sync on, and that I was logged into my Apple account.

Also: I purchased a song from the iTunes Store a couple of days ago. When I tried to add it to a playlist, I got this error message: "Cloud Music Library playlists can only contain songs from your Cloud Music Library. If you continue, Celtic Music & Pipes will be removed from your Cloud Music Library and will only be available on this computer." HOWEVER, I uploaded music from a CD to my Itunes Music Account the same day, and it synced perfectly across several devices, and I could move that music into playlists.

I joined Apple Music today 09/05 (I don't really need it) to see if the SUPPORT solution about turning Sync on would work with it, and it does not. I am primarily using a MacBook Pro with a M1 chip running Sonoma 14.6.1. I sync my music with an IPAD, iPhone, and iPod.

This is making me crazy. HELP.
