recover hotmail password in mail app

Hello,

I have upgraded to a new phone but forgot the password of one of my email accounts (hotmail) configured in my iphone mail app. I can't recover the password via microsoft for a number of reasons BUT I continue to receive emails on that hotmail account in my old phone. I wanted to ask if there is a way for me to find out the password in my old phone so I can then use it in my new iphone and receive mails there. Right now I find myself using the new iphone for eveyrthing but need to keep checking my old phone to see the emails related to that hotmail account
