How to remove communication limits on an iPhone?

This is coming from the receiving end of the communication limit; I am the child. My phone has a communication limit that turns on the same time that downtime does: 9:30pm every weekday and 11 on the weekend. The only problem is my mom says she didn’t put that communication limit on my phone. And if she did she said she would’ve been put it to where I could still communicate with herself and my dad. She doesn’t know how to take off the communication limit, and neither do I.
